According to the encyclopedic definition, disinfection (decontamination) is the destruction of pathogenic microorganisms and their spore forms by physical and chemical means. The following terms are associated with disinfection: sterilization – the destruction of all microorganisms sanitation – reducing the amount of microorganisms to a “safe” minimum antiseptics – the destruction of microorganisms on the surface of living tissues We choose the disinfection methods used in our clients’ facilities depending on the needs and nature of the rooms. We perform procedures when the users of the facilities are absent so as not to expose them to direct contact with disinfectants. Rooms are eaten, prepared or stored, disinfected with disinfecting preparations that are approved for use in food facilities. Such preparations are usually made on the basis of alcohol, which means that they quickly evaporate, leaving a sterile surface. We perform all treatments based on the Room Hygiene Plan. After disinfection, we provide accurate information in the form of a disinfection service protocol and oral instructions about the preparations used. We also attach their safety data sheets. In order to effectively, quickly and efficiently carry out disinfection procedures, we have introduced color code of mops and cloths.
